Join us for the 2026 goat takeover of the Wissahickon! Meet some new people and goats for a fun and healthy start to the New Year. We will start at the Northwestern Avenue entrance and walk to Bells Mills Road and back.

About the event
Join us for the 2026 goat takeover of the Wissahickon! Meet some new people and goats for a fun and healthy start to the New Year. We will start at the Northwestern Avenue entrance and walk to Bells Mills Road and back. Walk is about 1mi total (.5mi each way) on gravel path. This event is FREE, no reservation required! Cancelled if pouring rain; check here or @phillygoatproject Instagram for weather related updates. Overflow parking will be available courtesy of Chestnut Hill College at the lot off of Rogers Drive at Germantown Avenue. This event starts promptly at 1 p.m. so please leave at least 10 minutes to park and walk to the start.
