Drop in and draw a goat! Come and learn to draw a goat from Philly's own Barbara Katus. After graduating from PAFA, Barbara won the Packard Prize for animal drawing. She has also carried a sketchbook with her for over 40 years...and she is going to teach us to draw goats!

Drop in and draw a goat!
Come and learn to draw a goat from Philly's own Barbara Katus. After graduating from PAFA, Barbara won the Packard Prize for animal drawing. She has also carried a sketchbook with her for over 40 years...and she is going to teach us to draw goats!
Folx wishing to participate in the class should bring a sketchbook that can comfortably be held in the hand while observing and drawing with charcoal pencils or graphite pencils. (so bring a sketchbook and something to draw with, maybe a portable folding chair....we'll bring the goats!)
We will talk a little bit about anatomy and observation, but the atmosphere will be light and fun for all ages! Drawing from life is exciting, challenging, and very rewarding.
