Free Summer Grief Walk in Nature with the Philly Goats.
FREE, All ages, No reservations needed. Led by Naila Francis.
Program Details:
Our 2-hour program starts right at 12pm with a brief guided meditation. Then we will embark on a quiet 30-minute walk (goat walking optional) through the arboretum, with a few stops along the way for reflection. Our last hour of the program is devoted to an "open sharing" activity. This activity is based off of each person's individual comfort. Every part of our program is optional and is not required.
