The goats live at The Farm at Awbury which is FREE and open to everyone 365 days a year from dawn until dusk.
You can always come to The Farm to see the goats in their paddock or grazing site from the other side of the fence. The barn is not open to visitors, but watching the goats is fun no matter when you visit!
Looking for more ways to interact with the goats? Check out our events calendar or schedule your own private visit in person or virtually. Make sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook for the latest.

Community Goat Walks
Take a goat out for a walk! These events are free and happen often, weather permitting. Goats hate rain, so if it looks stormy don’t be surprised if we have to cancel or reschedule.
Community walks are open to people of all ages, however kids under 10 must have an adult with them at all times. Walks last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, but rarely cover more than a mile. Expect to walk along unpaved trails and we recommend wearing closed-toe shoes.
COVID19 public health regulations require that Everyone MUST wear a mask. We will be practicing social distancing to the best of our ability by providing goats with long leashes. This way, younger visitors can share the responsibility of walking a goat with a PGP team member who will remain 6 feet away.
Sunday FunDay & Skill Share
Join us on some Sundays (check calendar to find out which Sundays will be Fun Days) to celebrate the seasons and discover everything that The Farm at Awbury has to offer.
Walk with the goats, meet the chickens, learn about beekeeping, or read a book while you take a hike on the Story Book Trail. Are you a neighbor with a special skill you would like to share? Email firstname.lastname@example.org and you could be featured as the special guest on a future Sunday Fun Day!
